Sometimes connecting a piece to your current systems would clearly help, for example sending new leads straight into the software you already use. When that's the case, we test it away from your live systems first, check that it's safe, write down how to undo it, and get written approval from you and, where it's affected, your IT or phone provider. If it doesn't earn its place, it stays separate.

Do I need to change my website or phone company?
No. Everything starts alongside what you already have. Your current website, phone numbers and tech support stay in place.
Will this conflict with my IT provider?
It shouldn't. Nothing we add starts out connected to your systems. If connecting something later would help, your IT or phone provider is part of the decision and approves it in writing where it affects them.
Will customers know they're talking to an AI assistant?
Yes. Our assistants say so at the start of every chat and call.
What if it doesn't work for us?
You'll see the results in the first 30 days. If it isn't helping, we adjust it or remove it, and you keep the leads it captured.
