Terms of service draft
Prepared October 24, 2026. This document is a review worksheet, not a statement that the proposed practices are implemented. Bracketed decisions must be resolved before adoption.
1. Parties and acceptance
Proposed provider: Agentic Agents, LLC, operating TenSeconds.ai. Contact: advisory@tenseconds.ai. [OWNER: confirm entity, address, eligibility, jurisdiction, effective date, and how users accept the final terms. Reading this draft does not constitute agreement.]
2. Membership and scope
The current offer includes a free weekly briefing; a $199/month individual Council plan with weekly memos, proposal sanity checks and audit support, monthly catalog reviews, and planning frameworks; and a $499/month All-Access plan adding the Co-Pilot, saved Operations, team options, and a formal one-page human proposal readout. The $799/month Team Pack includes All-Access for the lead and four teammate seats. Additional seats are $89/month, up to ten teammate seats.
Team seats cover shared Operations, their Co-Pilot workspace, and mission objectives. Personal memos, member reviews, and human audits require the teammate's own membership. [OWNER: approve audit volumes, service boundaries, catalog-review scope, turnaround, availability, upgrade/proration terms, and any fair-use limits. No unlimited review volume or fixed turnaround is proposed by default.]
3. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Checkout is handled by Stripe. [OWNER DECISION REQUIRED: confirm recurring authorization, renewal date, taxes, price changes and notice, cancellation method, when cancellation takes effect, pause availability, refunds, partial-period treatment, failed-payment access, and team-seat changes. Match the final terms to checkout and billing configuration.]
4. AI guidance and human work
Proposed clause: automated output is decision support and may be incomplete or incorrect. Members independently verify vendor claims and remain responsible for purchasing and operational decisions. Human proposal reviews are limited to their agreed scope and supplied evidence; they do not guarantee savings, vendor performance, legal compliance, or suitability.
5. Member content and confidentiality
Proposed clause: members provide only content they are authorized to share and disclose relevant financial interests in reviews. Shared Operations and reviews have different audiences. [OWNER: define content ownership, a narrowly scoped service license, confidential-document handling, staff access, AI processing permissions, deletion, and treatment of existing shared contributions.]
6. Acceptable use and moderation
Proposed clause: no unlawful content, unauthorized disclosure, harassment, fraudulent reviews, impersonation, or attempts to access another member's private data. [OWNER: specify moderation, reporting, removal, suspension, appeals, and consequences for paid access.]
7. Remaining legal decisions
[OWNER AND LEGAL REVIEW: determine appropriate warranties, liability limits, remedies, intellectual-property terms, dispute process, governing law, required consumer protections, service termination, and notice of changes. Do not adopt exclusions that conflict with applicable law.]
