OWNER REVIEW DRAFT — NOT APPROVED OR IN EFFECT.

Prepared October 24, 2026. This document is a review worksheet, not a statement that the proposed practices are implemented. Bracketed decisions must be resolved before adoption.

1. Operator and contact

Proposed operator: Agentic Agents, LLC, operating TenSeconds.ai. Contact: advisory@tenseconds.ai. [OWNER: confirm legal identity, mailing address, applicable jurisdictions, and effective date.]

2. Information handled by the current product

The site collects briefing and quote-request details. Membership workflows use account, company, plan, and payment-reference information. The portal can store proposal context, company memory, saved conversations and Operations, reviews and disclosures, team invitations, objectives, and activity. Payment checkout is provided by Stripe.

3. Proposed purposes and providers

Proposed purposes: deliver requested briefings and membership services, manage accounts and billing, support users, and operate team collaboration. Hosting, authentication, forms, and stored application data use Netlify services; email delivery uses Resend; billing uses Stripe. The Co-Pilot uses Anthropic model services through the server integration. [OWNER: verify the complete provider list, processing locations, contracts, legal bases where required, and any analytics or cookies before approving.]

4. AI processing and confidential material

Co-Pilot requests can include the current conversation and saved project context so an AI service can generate a response. [OWNER: confirm provider retention and training settings, subprocessors, processing regions, and whether sensitive proposals are accepted. Do not promise “never used for training” or zero retention without verification.]

Proposed member guidance: share only material you are authorized to provide, redact sensitive information, and agree handling of confidential documents before transmission. AI output may be inaccurate. Human audits are a separate service.

5. Sharing and visibility

Reviews appear to other members with author details and disclosure tags. Shared Operations expose saved conversations to the team, and assigning an objective can share its Operation. [OWNER: confirm staff access, confidentiality arrangements, and any other sharing or disclosures.]

6. Retention and deletion

[OWNER DECISION REQUIRED: define periods for leads, accounts, billing records, AI context, saved chats, team work, reviews, logs, email records, and backups. Specify what account closure deletes, what must be retained, backup expiration, and provider deletion.]

Proposed request channel: advisory@tenseconds.ai. [OWNER: define identity verification, response times, export/correction/deletion processes, and limits. Deleting a saved project is not the same as deleting all company memory or copies shared elsewhere.]

7. Security, rights, and updates

[OWNER: describe implemented safeguards accurately; determine applicable privacy rights, consent/opt-out procedures, age restrictions, complaint routes, incident handling, and notice of material changes. Set an effective date only after approval.]
