What we collect

When you use our intake assistant or forms, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address if offered, the county and type of matter you ask about, dates you provide (such as an arrest or court date), and the contents of your chat conversation. We also collect standard technical data such as the page you arrived from.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to process your request and route it to a participating attorney or business so they can respond to you. On our legal matching pages, participating attorneys pay a fee to receive case inquiries. We do not sell your information to anyone outside that matching purpose.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a cell number and consent to be contacted, you may receive text messages related to your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Retention and deletion

We keep lead and conversation records as long as needed to operate the service and maintain required records. To request a copy or deletion of your information, email support@tenseconds.ai.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; please do not submit sensitive details beyond what the intake questions ask for.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Questions: support@tenseconds.ai.
