Turn your AI on or off

You can switch your AI on or off any time. It takes effect immediately — no waiting, no calling anyone.

By text (fastest)

1. Text AI OFF to your Tenseconds number from the phone number on your account.
2. You get a confirmation text back within a few seconds.
3. Text AI ON when you want it answering again.

From your settings page

1. Open your settings link: tenseconds.ai/ai/YOUR-CODE (it is on your wallet card and in your welcome text).
2. Tap AI off or AI on.
3. The change saves as soon as you tap it.

When the AI is off, calls ring the forwarding number on your account instead.
